For the importance of vitamins and minerals for pets we have used as our reference source two publications of the committee on Animal Nutrition of the National Research Council (a division of the National Academy of Sciences ,USA=The same group that publish human RDA’s)

For cats the publication is: Nutrient requirements for cats, revised 1985
These publications detail the nutrient requirements at different stages in the life cycle.
Obviously in an ideal world, we would get all our nutrients from our diet—but the world is far from ideal. So our pet formulations are based on the premise that dogs and cats do not get a perfect diet, especially in the domestic setting .we have therefore added those nutrients known to be absolutely essential and probably lacking in the domestic pet diet.

DIRECTIONS
First time only, pump 2 or 3 times to prime the natural pump. Shake gently,spray directly into the mouth to the inside of the cheeks or onto food.
